US Shipping

CO offers complimentary standard shipping and returns from addresses within the United States. Express (2-3 day) or next day shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of on the following business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

CO currently ships to the US, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is done via UPS. The recipient must bear any additional charges including duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.

Returns

CO accepts returns of full-priced items in their original condition with tags attached postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. If your return does not meet the conditions listed or is returned after the 14 days, the package will be sent back to you. Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

To initiate a domestic return, please email shop@co-collections.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A return label and form will be emailed to you, please fill out the return invoice and use the pre-paid return label provided. International returns are not eligible for complimentary return shipping.

Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Sale items that are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. To exchange or return an item for store credit, please email shop@co-collections.com with your order number and items you wish to return.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are ineligible for further price adjustments.
