CO offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States. Express (2-3 day) or next day shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of on the following business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
CO currently ships to the US, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is done via UPS. The recipient must bear any additional charges including duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.
CO accepts returns of full-price items in their original condition within 14 days of the item's arrival date, provided that all original tags are attached. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable for refund, exchange, or store credit. Domestic Returns
A return label is provided for your convenience. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Item must be postmarked within 14 days of the item(s) arrival date. Once the item has been received by our team please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
International Returns
All orders shipped internationally are final sale as well as sale items marked as final sale. Please contact shop@co-collections.com for further assistance.
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are ineligible for further price adjustments.
Price adjusted orders are considered Final Sale (not eligible for return or exchanges).
