Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Our Shipping & Customer Service operate Monday - Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM PST, excluding holidays. Delivery days are estimates and not guaranteed. Please email shop@co-collections.com for urgent packages; we will do our best to accommodate your request.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For US returns, a $15 return label fee applies, charged at the time the return is initiated.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Items marked “Exchange Only” are not eligible for refund.
• Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange or store credit.


Full priced and eligible sale items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 10 days of receipt.


For international returns, return shipping fees are dependent on your ship from location and will be deducted from your refund upon processing. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, once we have processed your refund & notified you, it is in the hands of your banking institution for the refund to be posted.


CO does not offer price matches or adjustments for full price or sale items.


Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties and Taxes on returns.

Exchange or Store Credit

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make any needed adjustments ton your order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Frequent Returns

Repeated returns from the same customer will trigger the client to be flagged in our system. Should we detect misuse of our return policy, we may take action, such as blocking the account or canceling future orders.

CO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not adhere to our return policy.
