Shipping and Returns
CO offers complimentary standard shipping and returns from addresses within the United States. Express (2-3 day) or next day shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of on the following business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
CO currently ships to the US, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is done via UPS. The recipient must bear any additional charges including duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.
CO accepts returns of full-priced items in their original condition with tags attached postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. If your return does not meet the conditions listed or is returned after the 14 days, the package will be sent back to you. Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
For domestic returns, please fill out the return invoice and use the pre-paid return label included with your order to ship your items. International returns are not eligible for complimentary return shipping. To initiate an international return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and items you wish to return.
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Sale items that are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. To exchange or return an item for store credit, please email email@example.com with your order number and items you wish to return.
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are ineligible for further price adjustments.
