Shipping and Returns
CO offers complimentary standard shipping and returns from addresses within the United States. Express (2-3 day) or next day shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of on the following business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
CO currently ships to the US, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is done via UPS. The recipient must bear any additional charges including duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.
CO accepts returns of full-price items in their original condition within 14 days of the item's arrival date, provided that all original tags are attached. Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
For domestic returns, please fill out the return invoice and use the pre-paid UPS return label included in the box. If you do not have the pre-paid label, please contact email@example.com. Item must be postmarked within 14 days of the item's arrival date. Once the item has been received by our team, please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
To exchange an item or return for store credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive your email, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for complimentary returns or exchanges, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, please contact email@example.com for a return label.
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are ineligible for further price adjustments.
