Pre-Fall has always been one of my favorite moments; the beginning of a shift in how we dress, while still holding on to the ease of summer. This collection is filled with pieces I’ll be wearing now and well into fall: lightweight cashmere, soft plaid, crisp cotton poplin and fluid silhouettes that layer beautifully as the season changes.
I’m especially excited about the black dresses. There are so many this season, each with its own personality from effortless, fluid shapes to more sculptural and unexpected silhouettes. A great black dress is something I return to constantly, and I know I’ll be living in many of these.
More than anything, I wanted this collection to feel seasonless. These are pieces you can make your own, wear in different ways, and return to year after year the kind of clothes that become part of your life rather than belonging to a particular season or time.
