Q: How do I become an Essentials Member?

A: Essentials membership means access to an array of insider perks: a perpetual 20% off all full-priced Essentials and Online Exclusives, an additional 15% off sale Essentials and Online Exclusives, free expedited shipping in the U.S. and Canada, exclusive sale access, and more. To become a member please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure your shopping cart is empty before purchasing your membership. Member discounts only apply after a membership has been purchased.

  2. Use the navigation menu or follow this link and click “Become a Member” https://co-collections.com/products/essentials-membership-program.

  3. If you haven’t already, you will be prompted to create an account. Enter your information in the designated fields and click “Register”.

  4. You will receive an email confirming your account has been activated. To continue with your membership purchase, you can either click the “Become a Member” button in the email you received or visit https://co-collections.com/products/essentials-membership-program.

  5. To complete your purchase, make sure you are logged into your account (your name appears in the upper right hand corner when logged in) and select “Become a Member”.

  6. Enter your payment details and purchase your recurring membership. Your membership will auto-renew every year and can be cancelled at any time. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been completed. Make sure you are logged in every time you shop to receive your member benefits. Q: Why is my member discount not appearing at checkout?

A: Essentials Membership benefits apply to all Essentials, Online Exclusives and other seasonal discounts and sales. If you are not receiving your discount at checkout, please try the following:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account. You must be logged in using the email you used to purchase your membership. When logged in, your name appears in the upper right hand corner of the menu bar.

  2. Make sure you see your Essentials Member order in your Account Order History. You must complete the purchase of your membership to receive member discounts.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: CO accepts returns of full-price items in their original condition within 14 days of the item's arrival date, provided that all original tags are attached. Q: My country is not in the drop-down menu – how do I go about processing an order?

A: We are committed to continuing to expand our international shipping capabilities. If your country does not appear in the dropdown menu for international shipping, please send us an email at support@co-collections.com. We will see if we are able to add your country to our international shipping list or let you know when we expect to be able to do so.



Q: X and X are my measurements – which size do you think I should order?

A: All CO products have Size and Fit recommendations listed under “Size and Fit” sections on individual product pages. The Size Guide also lists measurement ranges to assist you in determining the right size for you. If you have more specific size and fit questions, we are happy to assist you via email at shop@co-collections.com



Q: If I use my 15% off first purchase code, is this considered on sale or can I still return/exchange?

A: Items purchased using a discount code are not considered final sale and can be returned for a refund (excluding the discount code amount) or exchanged. Items that are not eligible for refund are marked “Exchanges or Store Credit Only” on their product pages.



Q: I submitted my email address for a 15% discount on my first purchase however I never received a code via email.

Thank you for signing up for our Newsletter! Discount codes are only sent out one time per customer, so please confirm that this is your first time signing up for the Newsletter. If you signed up in the past, the message containing the code may still be in your inbox. If you are sure this is your first time signing up, please check your spam folders and filters. If you still don’t see the email, please email support@co-collections.com and we will be happy to assist you.



Q: I entered my 15% off first purchase code at checkout but it did not deduct my discount.

A: The 15% welcome code can only be used once per customer. Please make sure you have not used the code before. Discount codes may not be combined with other discounts including member discounts. Please make sure you are not attempting to combine discount codes or apply a discount code to an otherwise discounted item.
