Why is my member discount not appearing at checkout?

Member benefits apply exclusively to Essentials and select seasonal promotions. If your discount is not reflected at checkout, please ensure you are logged into your account using the same email address associated with your membership purchase. Once logged in, eligible discounts will apply automatically.

How do I return or exchange an item?

CO accepts returns of full-price items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, provided that all original tags remain attached. Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
